Dr. Ray on the Flexview HD: “Why did I wait?”

Dr. Stephen Ray first contacted us over two years ago, shortly after we released the original Flexview. Like all of our customers, Dr. Ray was looking to improve his practice. He wanted to update his existing operatories by adding video, but he wasn’t certain how to achieve his goals, and he wasn’t certain whether it was worth the investment.

Well… we are happy to say, that after two long years of research, Dr. Ray was finally won over by the new Flexview HD! He recently installed (by himself!) the Flexview Media Delivery System in all of his operatories. While Dr. Ray understood the benefits of adding video to his practice – he realized that visual media would improve his efforts at patient education and would keep his patients entertained – he wasn’t quite prepared for the immediate reaction from his patients.

Dr. Ray wrote to us not long ago, to share his experience installing and integrating the Flexview HD into his practice:

Today was our first day to have the Flexview HD in the office. Wow! What a positive response…. Why did I wait? I can already tell this was a wise investment. I even installed the Flexview myself. The first operatory took me a few hours until I had everything figured out. After that, with a little assistance, patience, and perseverance, it was easy. We are currently using them for Digital TV but with the Flexview’s great versatility and High-Definition capability we will soon be adding digital x-rays, patient education, and an intraoral camera as well. The two words I’ve heard most today: “cool” & “awesome”. They weren’t talking about me exactly. Well…. They are my Flexviews.
